Crafted in partnership with Campari, La Dolce Vita brings that Italian Riviera state of mind to the 29/30 rooftop:
Campari in hand, the water stretched below, and time moving at a more luxurious pace. It feels like a warm evening on the deck of a superyacht, only lifted thirty floors above Darling Harbour.
Shaped by the Italian art of doing very little, very well, this seasonal ritual is made for those who know the best part of the night is often the hour before it begins.
The menu centres on a limited-edition aperitivo line-up that keeps things classic: the bright lift of a Garibaldi, the smooth bitterness of a Negroni, and the refreshing sparkle of a Sbagliato. Familiar but never basic. Each one tastes like it belongs beside the water.
Then there's the Vintage Negroni, a piece of liquid history built from rare bottles from the '60s and '70s that have travelled through decades to end up in your glass. A quiet flex, poured with purpose at the right table and the right sunset.
La Dolce Vita is an invitation to slow the pace, take your seat, and watch the city move into golden hour from one of its most striking vantage points. Aperitivo, with altitude.
